Prospect of new rail transit signal system

1. Application overview

The straddle-type rail transit introduces Japanese rail transit technology. In the domestic rail transit field, only Chongqing No. 2 and No. 3 lines have been opened and put into operation. At present, the ATP-TD orbital loop quasi-mobile blocking system adopted by the Chongqing No. 2 line signal system, and the Chongqing No. 3 line signal system adopts the CBTC mobile blocking system.

2. Characteristics of straddle rail transit signal system

(1) Monorail transportation adopts cement beam and rubber tires. It does not rely on traditional rails to transmit ATP information and relies on wheel-to-short rails to obtain train position information. Therefore, special methods must be used to transmit information and check the position of trains.

(2) The ballast of the monorail mode is completely different from the steel track of the steel wheel. In addition to the single turnout, three-way and five-way turnouts are used. Therefore, special treatment and reasonable division of labor must be carried out in the interlocking system and the ballast system. Make sure driving is safe. Currently the switch system is not in the signal system.

(3) The monorail transportation mode basically adopts the overhead line, and the non-switching position of the switch is suspended. Therefore, special measures must be taken to prevent the train from starting wrong.

(4) Most of the tracks of the monorail transportation mode use high-strength concrete beams. Therefore, the parts of the signal system installation equipment and the laying pipelines must be reserved and pre-buried when making concrete beams.

(5) Monorail traffic overhead line
